The Undergraduate Specialist Program in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology (BCB) is jointly sponsored by the Departments of Biochemistry, Cell- and Systems Biology, Computer Science, Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, and Molecular Genetics.
The BCB Program offers a course in Computational Systems Biology BCB420H to focus on systems-level topics in the field. It is designed to complement MGY441H1 (Bioinformatics). The prerequisites are BCH441H1/ MGY441H1/ BCB410H1 and good working knowledge of R.
